Teacher Assistants and Instructional Aides Training
The Teacher Assistants and Instructional Aides Training is designed to support new and current staff in teaching support roles. We recognize how important these roles are in the classroom, so we have created specific programming to ensure they have the specialized professional development they need to thrive. The topics are designed to reflect the important feedback from current staff as well as employee surveys. These trainings will be hands-on, informative and collaborative. At the end of the year, the team will have a support team to collaborate, connect and share ideas. Teacher assistants will also discover the educational support that can be found within Choice Schools Associates, their academy, and fellow teammates.
