With great excitement we share that Cheryl Paull has been promoted to the position of area superintendent within our Central Office at Choice Schools Associates. Cheryl is a model-leader with an outstanding ability to serve others. We are so excited to see her grow into her new role and take her talents to the next level.
Secondly, we are equally excited to announce that Shanina Draughn has accepted the role of school leader at MMA starting on June 27th. Mrs. Shanina has over fifteen years of experience developing and implementing creative, diverse, and positive programs in educational and community settings. Having served as a Lead Dean of Operations and Culture for multiple campuses, and Middle School Principal, at a local charter school, she believes that students and staff must embrace an opportunity to grow together and overcome challenges to gain success. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services, specializing in Counseling Studies and Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Shanina’s commitment to student growth and development is unparalleled, and we look forward to seeing her passion for supporting students to reach their highest potential as the principal. I have the utmost confidence in Mrs. Shanina’s experience, character and ability to lead the school, now and into the future.
