Renee Wendt from Dove Academy sat down with the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, for their 2019 Teacher Appreciation celebration, to share her mission as an educator and passion for teaching. She is a reflection of everything that we strive to do here at Choice Schools Associates and we are grateful.
When asked how Dove Academy assists her in succeeding as a teacher, she responded:
“At Dove, we have a lot of layers of support for not only our students, but also our teachers and other staff members. Knowing I have this system of support available to me has enabled me to be a successful teacher. From our administrators to our management company, there is an unspoken open-door policy that allows for an environment of professional learning and growth.”
