Proper golf attire is required including collared shirts with sleeves and walking shorts or dress slacks. Not acceptable are jeans, tank tops, t-shirts, bathing suits, cut offs, sweat pants, halter-tops, and athletic shorts more than 4” above the knee.

5:30 pm: Dinner with all at the Beach House. (Shuttles will be ready for pick up at 5:15 in the Mountain Lodge Lobby)

Additional Information
For Leaders:
- Bring laptops or another device
- Attire: Casual. We will do our best to regulate the temperature of the meeting room to make you comfortable, however please come dressed in layers just in case.
- Lunch is shortened to 30 minutes. It will be served in the room. Please plan accordingly if you are using this time to check-in with your families.
For Families:
- Breakfast is served from 7 am - 11 am at Stein Eriksen with your breakfast tickets provided at check-in. Please sign all names of persons at your table on each breakfast ticket.
- There will be a discount voucher included in your welcome packet for the water park, Avalanche Bay.
