This year, we hosted a Winter Leaders Retreat that brought leaders from across the Choice Network together midyear to reflect, refocus, and strengthen alignment around shared priorities. Guided by the theme Lead with Clarity. Grow with Purpose, the retreat built upon the momentum of our summer theme, Collaborate to Elevate, creating space for thoughtful conversation and collaboration that allowed leaders to learn from one another and reconnect around the systems that support strong schools.
Throughout the retreat, leaders engaged in conversations focused on compliance, enrollment readiness, discipline and student support systems, and shared processes that promote consistency and thoughtful decision-making across schools. These discussions reinforced the importance of alignment and collective leadership in serving students and families well.
As the retreat came to a close, we hope leaders left feeling connected, returning to their schools prepared to lead with confidence and finish the year strong!
