Steps and Timeline to Start a Thriving School
- Form and incorporate your visionary project team (up to 3 months)
- Interviewing and securing an education service provider (up to 6 months)
- Find and partner with an authorizer (up to 1 year)
- Curriculum and program development (up to 6 months)
- Fundraising and financing needs to launch (up to 2 years)
- Facility search, renovations, expansion, ownership and/or financing (up to 2 years)
- Leader acquisition aligned with school’s values / goals (up to 4 months)
- Staff the school with mission-focused individuals (up to 4 months)
